<p>Two weeks ago you installed a whole house fan in our home. I can’t believe that I waited so long to install a fan. What a simple solution!!</p>
<p>Your team of people arrived at out home at 10am and were gone by 1. Every thing was neat and clean and the installation was flawless. At 6 o’clock in the afternoon, I turned the fan on high ( I didn&#8217;t want to fiddle with low speed) and the cool air flushed the house. It was amazing!! Before we went to bed we set the fan on low, and I have to tell you that when I got up at 6 the house was cold. How great to sleep cool without air conditioning and without a large electric bill!! Thanks for the great job.</p>

<p>I just wanted to take a moment to commend your employee Conrad. From the first that I met him he was genuinely polite and courteous. I watched him check and troubleshoot the rattling louvers on our fan and he was very thorough. When he determined that the replacement louvers were not entirely up to his expectations, he took the trouble to make arrangements to bring another set on another date. I don’t think I would have noticed any deficiencies, buy my ignorance was protected by Conrad’s integrity.</p>
<p>When Conrad came back he brought several other louvers in the event that the first one was deficient. This was thoughtful and will spare us the hassle of rescheduling and changing our other wise busy schedule. He pointed out to me that these were improved louvers and taught me on the benefits of this model. I was thankful to perceive that not only would we get new louvers but updated ones which would no doubt be superior in noise reduction than our older model.</p>
<p>From my experienced Conrad is an excellent representative of yourself, your company, and most importantly our Lord Jesus Christ.</p>
