I had your Whole House Fan installed this week.  I am thrilled with your product.  Initially I was skeptical of the results.  Just a few hours after the installers left our 5,300 sf home is significantly cooler.  The product is extremely quiet.  When in use, it sounds similar to our conventional air conditioner.  I love the flexibility of the high/low switch and the 12 hour timer.  I was also very impressed with you and your staff.  My initial contact with Sally your office manager was very friendly and helpful with scheduling my appointment.  I had a very informative site inspection meeting with you and that made my decision to use your company versus your competitor.  Your installers put me at ease and gave me confidence that my home was in good hands.  Frank was very knowledgeable and took into account many important factors before he chose the final installation site.  I was very appreciative of his thoroughness and consideration of our home.  He is a master at his work and the final presentation was a clean and professional job.  Justin his assistant was arduous, personable and cleaned up after the job leaving our home looking as if they were never there.

Your company has such wonderful customer service and a great product.  I am very impressed with your 10 year parts and labor warranty.  I will recommend you and your company to friends and family and will be assured they will be in good hands.  A company is only as successful as its employees and its product:  I know Whole House Fans will be around a long time.

Today your technician, Frank, installed our Whole House Fan. We couldn’t be more pleased. He was very professional and courteous. I particularly appreciated the respect he showed our home and its furnishings. He closed nearby bedroom doors and rolled and removed area rugs to keep them away from falling debris.
